Our Receptionists
You will be welcomed to our practice by our caring and competent receptionists. They will be more than happy to assist you with information regarding appointments, accounts and any other queries you may have.

Our Clinical Staff
All of our clinical staff are highly skilled when assisting the orthodontist and have extensive knowledge of all our orthodontic treatments. They will ensure your orthodontic treatment is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions regarding your treatment.

Our Dental Therapists

Having therapists in our practice enables us to increase the level of care that we provide to our patients. Every patient will see a therapist at the beginning of their treatment to have initial records taken and to check oral hygiene before treatment begins. The therapist's role also includes placing separators, preparing teeth for the placement of brackets, removing braces at the end of treatment, taking impressions for retainers and seeing emergencies such as wire pokes and re-brackets.

Our therapists also assist Andrew and Serge at your routine appointments; checking for loose brackets, changing arch wires and making sure your oral hygiene is up to scratch! If you have any concerns, especially in regards to your brushing and the health of your teeth and gums, the therapists are the ones to ask!

Our Practice Manager
Nikki is our friendly practice manager. Her main role is to keep the rest of us on our toes!!! She is in charge of all the 'behind the scenes' things that keep everything at Geelong and Colac Orthodontics running smoothly. You will encounter Nikki if you have any queries regarding accounts and agreements, if you have any special needs or requests, or if you have any feedback you would like to give us.
