Patient care and experience are of the utmost importance, and Lauren is truly passionate about leading and supporting our team to work collaboratively to achieve our Practice goals and values. Lauren started out in her profession as a Dental Assistant and over the years demonstrated a strong talent for management and team leadership. Lauren is a certified Practice Manager having completed her Double Diploma in Practice Management and Leadership Management in 2024.
